All members are welcomed and encouraged to create a personal web site for FREE.
As a general rule, we do not seek to restrict the free speech rights of individuals when using the Web. These guidelines are assembled merely to alert creators of Web pages as to the potential problems that could arise on account of the contents of their pages. Willful abuse of Web guidelines however, may lead to the suspension of Web privileges. The authority to suspend privileges rests with our administrative unit.
Bear in mind that the contents of your Web pages will reflect on you individually, and may be interpreted as a reflection on us in general. However, responsibility for the contents rests solely with you. Any pages you create on the Web are available to the entire Web community. Bear in mind, Any pages you create may be copied by others, and could reappear at a later time or in another context.
